XFINITY Home is Comcast’s IoT-based wireless home security and home automation product offering.  I spent 4 years working as a user experience designer within Comcast’s SAFe Agile framework to deliver best-in-class experiences to Comcast’s cable consumer customer base.  During this time, my focus was on establishing extensible design standards to quickly and seamlessly deliver an intuitive self-install onboarding experiences for new devices – prior to this work, a Comcast technician had to be called in order to add a new device to a customer’s account.
